There’s a sign-up sheet in front of the restaurant where you write your name to wait for a table.

BUT — if they call your name and you’re not there, your turn gets immediately canceled.
😭😭😭😭😭

That actually happened to me once, so I had to wait over 30 more minutes... 😢

 

We got the Salmon Bowl and the Cloud Katsu Bowl.

We went on a weekend for lunch, but the Tataki Bowl was already sold out.
(Next time, I’d love to try it by going right at opening!)

 

 

 

 

The overall wood-themed interior was really cozy and had a great vibe.

 

 

 

Salmon Bowl

 

It comes in three types, served from left to right:

• Original
• Seared Salmon
• Soy-marinated Salmon

So you can enjoy a variety of flavors in one bowl!

 

 

 

Cloud Katsu Bowl

• Tastes similar to a typical pork cutlet rice bowl.

Personally, I found the salmon bowl to be much softer and more enjoyable.
If I go back, I’d definitely choose salmon over katsu.

 

 

“Hisashi Soda” - Strawberry Flavor

Honestly, it tasted too much like artificial candy...
Wouldn’t recommend this one 😞

• The place recently opened in Yeonnam-dong, so the lines are still really long.
• To be honest, the food was just okay — nothing mind-blowing.
• It’s a good spot if you’re simply craving a rice bowl.
